After my first SA1 experience,I knew I will not have good marks.
But,I was right. I got 3 Band 1 and 1 Band 2.
The band 2 I got was on Chinese. The other band 1 are all the rest of the subjects.
English and Science were very low band 1 but the thing that cheered me up is that I got full marks for Maths.

Influenza A H1N1
Did you know about the deadly disease known as H1N1?It is a flu pandemic spreading worldwide .
We must take care of our family members and practise good personal hygene.
By 22 June these are the countries highly affected.Argentena,Australia,Canada,Chile,Dominican Republic,Japan,Mexico,Panama,Philipines,Spain,Thailand,UK and USA.
We are taking our tempreatures twice a day to keep us safe.
There are about more than 1000 cases presently.
I hope the H1N1 flu is taken care of by the end of the year.

All classrooms should be clean because of many different reasons.
If you keep too many rubbish in your classroom, germs will come

Earth day is very important as on that day we must save the earth.

International Friendship Day
International friendship day is very important to us as we get to meet friends from all over the world.
If we have more friends,we will be more happier.
There are about 10 countries in ASEAN,all of them being in south east asia.
The activities were very exciting,and we got to do a lot of things.

Improving The School
I like the library because it shows us a lot of information about the world.
But I do not like the school field especially in the morning because there are too much dew on the grass and mud.
I think a lot of places can be improved in the school but I like the school the way it is now.
The classrooms and the canteen can also be improved.
We can make the school more decorative and try to attract more children to come.

Healthy Eating
I have to eat at least 2 servings of vegetables and fruits.
There are kinds of foods we should not eat,like too much ice cream and candy.
We must eat healthy because we need our bones and teeth to be strong and keep our body away from germs and viruses.
We will be sick and vulnerable to viruses that may kill us if we get too sick.
We will become strong and healthy and invulnerable to germs.
Fruit and vegetables will make us storng and healthy , that is the reason I like eating fruit and vegetables.
I really surport our school's campagin to encurace students to eat more fruits and vegetables.

Sports Day
I did not participate in any sports day running activities but I still cheered on for my team house.
I think the ball games were most interesting because not only there was running,there was ganes for non-participants to play.
I think the prize giving part was the most uninteresting part as I did not really see the paticipants receive thier awards.
We can have more people to help and make there be more games for non-participants.
Engaging in sports is important especially for the boys as they will be going to NS.

Fire safety
Fire safety is very important as Singapore is a very dry country.Many apartments are on fire now.
The main causes of fire breakouts are to much plugs and housewives leaving fires unattendad.
We should take of plugs when not used, off stoves after use and be aware of any fire breakouts.
We should all beware of fire anywhere and stop it whenever we need to.
Recently,Australlia had a forest fire and are now suffering from drought.

I would like to defend Singapore as Singapore is my country.
