Healthy Eating

I have to eat at least 2 servings of vegetables and fruits.

There are kinds of foods we should not eat,like too much ice cream and candy.

We must eat healthy because we need our bones and teeth to be strong and keep our body away from germs and viruses.

We will be sick and vulnerable to viruses that may kill us if we get too sick.

We will become strong and healthy and invulnerable to germs.

Fruit and vegetables will make us storng and healthy , that is the reason I like eating fruit and vegetables.

I really surport our school's campagin to encurace students to eat more fruits and vegetables.

I think we can get every student to eat fruits and vegetables and record how much veggies and fruits we have been eating.
